Team members hold a variety of engineering degrees and master’s degrees in electrical, Electronics, Mechanical and Computer Science. Diverse experience working across Australia, South East Asia and Europe, to ensure a well rolled solution is achieved for our customers.

With 20+ years’ experience in asset management, and program & project management in Utilities and Manufacturing industries.
Ranjan Vaidya
Director and principal consultant
Director and Principal Consultant at IAEngg. Ranjan offers 25+ years of experience in Asset Management and engineering disciplines, mainly in the area of Secondary Systems. Holding a Master Degree in Engineering & Management. Delivered numerous high-quality Asset Class Strategies (ACS), Technical Standards, Project scopes, Business cases and System Improvement Processes. Successfully investigated numerous network incidents. Ranjan is known for managing multi-disciplinary teams and successfully integrating teams within a short period as part of organizational changes.
